Aromatic Waterborne Polyester Polyurethane Dispersion WPU-065 

Brief introduction:

WPU-065 is waterborne polyurethane dispersion with functions of self-cross linking and fast drying at room temperature. It was synthesized with water as dispersion medium, adopted advanced formula design ideas and production process. Water-based coating film formulated by this resin has excellent performances such as high fullness, good flexibility and elasticity, good gloss, and abrasion resistance, non-toxic as well as harmless to human body.

1. Soft and elastic, high gloss, good fullness, and excellent water resistance and abrasion resistance

2. Fast drying

3. Elongation exceeds 500%, Excellent resistance to bending

4. good adhesion to various substrates;

5. No free isocynate monomer, no benzene substance, formaldehyde and other

toxic solvent, water-based, Eco-friendly, and non-toxic

Applications:

1. Water-based coatings and inks for rubber and leather

2. Water-based printing inks for Textile, paper, plastic and other substrates;

3. Water-based shoe coating.

Application guidelines:

1. Blending with water-based acrylic emulsion or polyurethane dispersion can enhance the elasticity of the system.

2. Good compatibility with non-ionic and anionic water-dispersible polyester resin, water-dispersible alkyd resins, acrylic emulsions and water dispersible PU curing agent;

3. Can be adjusted to the desired viscosity by thickening agent

4. Painting method: spraying, curtain coating, dip coating;

5. Curing conditions: room temperature or low temperature baking

Packaging and storage:

1. 100KG, 200KG plastic drums;

2. Stored in 100% dark light tight container;

3. Stored in cool and dry indoor place at 5-30°C;

4. The shelf life will be significantly reduced at high temperature or exposure conditions;

5. Shelf life is six months from production date stored in sealed containers.
